Developing and improving the self-esteems of girls 16 to 20 years old. Also, Empowering them with knowledge, skills and abilities to become future ladies entrepreneurs. Robert Kiyosaki wrote “One of the reasons Poor are Poor is because they are NOT trained to recognize entrepreneurship opportunities”.

Ebuful shall recruit approximately 50 high school graduates from rural areas in Nigeria ( No city girls). These girls shall go thru 3 stages of Behavioral Entrepreneurship Interviews (BEI ). The selection of our candidates shall focus on perseverance, integrity, independence and leadership. Our most important goal is that selected candidates can survive our rigorous training. Ebuful selectees must have the “Yes, I Can attitude” which is our top priority. Ebuful training survivorship requires self discipline, moral values, and responsibilities.
